FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) Will you travel?

Yes. Travel costs will calculated once we have received details as to the wedding location.

4) How does payment work?

The initial 50% retainer fee is payable at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be collected either one month before your wedding or one week before your lifestyle/intimate session. If you prefer, we are open to discussing the possibility of dividing the payments into more than two instalments. Payment options include online credit card transaction or preferably e-transfer.

2) How many photos will I receive?

For maternity, and engagement sessions you will receive around 50-75 images. Weddings and elopements are based on hours of coverage, usually averaging 65 images per hour. We promise to give you only the very best images - whether that be a few less or a few more.

5) What is your cancellation policy?

For each session or wedding, a deposit of 50% is needed to hold the date. A deposit may be refunded only in an emergency situation. For weddings, the deposit will only be refunded if the date is re-booked by a new couple.

Reschedules sometimes occur due to poor weather or illness. All clients are granted one reschedule, but after that, they are subject to our discretion.

3) How long will it take to receive our photos?

Weddings and elopements take up to 6 weeks during peak season. Maternity, and engagement sessions take up to 4 weeks. We do our best to send out previews as soon as possible.
